• Currently licensed topractice as a physical therapist within the state of agencyoperation and compliant with accepted professional standards andpractices
• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist
• Preferred community/home health experience

RequiredCertifications and Licensures:

• Master’s degree in physicaltherapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapist educationprogram
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification whileemployed in a clinical role
