Physical Therapist Tucker GA Urgently Hiring We are offering a dynamic opportunity for a Physical Therapist tojoin our practice in Tucker, GA. Must be willing to learn andprovide physical therapy for a variety of conditions, includingvestibular therapy, we will provide training if needed. With aone-on-one PT to patient ratio with only 10-12 patients per day,with 40 min visits, we offer an excellent work environment (lessstress, reduced burn-out, and better PT, and patientexperience). Job Responsibilities Perform new-patient evaluations/exams (review medical history,imaging, and reports as needed) Diagnose patients; Establish a diagnosis of condition orconditions and their impact on activity, evaluate physical activitylimitations Prepare and administer skilled physical therapy treatment inaccordance with the physician orders, referrals, prescriptions,current standards of care, and by assessing and interpretingevaluations, records and test results of patients Encourage continuation of therapeutic plan by designing homeexercise regimens, recommending assistive equipment and follow-upprograms that improve the patient’s overall health. Ensure smooth and timely patient flow in accordance withscheduled appointment times Diagnose patients; Establish a diagnosis of condition orconditions and their impact on activity, evaluate physical activitylimitations Create a treatment plan with goals that sets a goal andcompletion date (create and implement outpatient balance andvestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans) Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; trackprogress Provide education to patients on techniques for thecontinuation of care Measure and track treatment plan/interventioneffectiveness Promptly and thoroughly document and maintain clinical andadministrative records, including but not limited to, daily notes,weekly reports, initial evaluations, treatment progress andresponses, and discharge summaries Supervise PT Assistants, and Technicians with patient care andrelated activities, in accordance with skill level and deemedappropriate by the State Code of Laws and other governing entitiessuch as Medicare Maintain confidentiality of patient personal health informationin accordance with HIPAA compliance Required Skills andqualifications Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy(DPT) from an accredited school Current PT license in GA with State licensing and all otherstate-required documentation Orthopedic, vestibular, pelvic floor experience a plus but notrequired Recent Grads will be considered!!
