EDUCATION REQUIRED
Strong communication skills; customer service mindset; team player. Adheres to professional standards, codes of ethics, system and department policies and procedures. Incorporates the philosophies of continuous quality improvement, customer service and teamwork into daily routine. May require travel. To provide Physical Therapy evaluation, treatment, discharge planning, education and preventative rehabilitative care to patients in need of it. Services are provided across the outpatient continuum and rendered in a cost conscious, quality focused and customer oriented manner. The focus of this job is the restoration or improvement of function while reducing dependencies and in the reduction and/or prevention of injuries. Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards is also required in this role. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school in PT with a Bachelor, Masters or Doctorate degree in PT New graduates considered BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
