Physical Therapist – $7,500 Sign On Bonus Confidential Atlanta, GA 30329 We’re currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our In-House Rehab Team. The ideal therapist will work diligently to restore function while preventing further decline in patients’ ability to perform day to day meaningful tasks. This person must demonstrate strong observation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and possess the ability to work closely with others in a manner essential to delivering the highest level of care to all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate Residents condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan. Communicate with residents, families, referring physicians and other members of the team. Provide timely written documentation per facility and department requirements. Develop and maintain physical therapy standards. Meet with administration, medical and nursing staff, as well as other related departments in planning therapy services. Provide timely written documentation as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification regulatory, reimbursement requirements and physician treatment plan.
