Salary:

1. The people you work with. I think wedo an outstanding job of hiring people that create a fun, yetprofessional environment and are energetic, driven and hardworking. The front office are very personable and professional andthe clinicians all have solid clinical skills. 2. The facilities -all are nicely laid out and have great equipment and the clinicsare very aesthetically pleasing. 3. Easy access to the MD’s andinformation regarding the patient. Most MD’s are literally aroundthe corner and are readily and easily accessible. Having that openline of communication with the physicians allows the therapists tobe better informed about their patients and therefore improvestheir ability to be better clinicians. All the MD’s are veryapproachable and encourage the PT’s to communicate with them. 4.Management is very attentive to the needs of the staff in the PTdivision.
