Salary:

Regional Director of Rehab:

1. The people you workwith. I think we do an outstanding job of hiring people that createa fun, yet professional environment and are energetic, driven andhard working. The front office are very personable and professionaland the clinicians all have solid clinical skills. 2. Thefacilities – all are nicely laid out and have great equipment andthe clinics are very aesthetically pleasing. 3. Easy access to theMD’s and information regarding the patient. Most MD’s are literallyaround the corner and are readily and easily accessible. Havingthat open line of communication with the physicians allows thetherapists to be better informed about their patients and thereforeimproves their ability to be better clinicians. All the MD’s arevery approachable and encourage the PT’s to communicate with them.4. Management is very attentive to the needs of the staff in the PTdivision. In the time I have been employed by here, they have givenmultiple market adjustment increases to the PT’s salary,implemented a bonus incentive program, sought out and implementedchanges based on the input of the staff, and are consistentlyaddressing any concerns the staff or Directors may have. 5. We arecurrently developing a mentorship program for new and recentgraduates and are continuously looking into ways to develop all ofour clinicians in order to nurture their growth as a clinician andprofessional. We encourage our staff to grow and develop and tohelp them achieve their goals, whether that be within the clinicand company or beyond (opening their own clinic).
