- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OutpatientPhysical Therapist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidatewill provide high-quality patient care, develop tailored treatmentplans, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in anoutpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive assessments ofpatients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functionalabilities.
Treatment Planning:
Develop individualized treatment plansbased on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-basedpractices.
Therapeutic Interventions:
Implement various therapeutictechniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions,modalities, and patient education.
Documentation:
While using Raintree, maintain accurate andtimely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, andoutcomes in compliance with regulations and clinicpolicies.
Patient Education:
Educate patients and their families aboutrehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventativecare strategies.
Progress Monitoring:
Regularly assess and adjust treatmentplans based on patient progress and feedback.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated on the latest research,techniques, and best practices in physical therapy throughcontinuing education and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accreditedprogram. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as aPhysical Therapist. Previous outpatient experience preferred but notrequired. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientedenvironment. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
