DescriptionSummary:

The Physical Therapist has the responsibilityand accountability for assessing, planning, evaluating andimplementing care for the patients assigned physical therapy. ThePhysical Therapist is responsible for adhering to all standards ofPhysical Therapy Practice Act as they apply to providing technicaltherapy care, supplies, equipment and interventions to a designatedpatient population. This position requires providing services toTherapy Patients, ages between children/adolescents to geriatricsin a manner that demonstrates an understanding of thefunctional/developmental age of the individuals served.

Requirements:

A. Education/Skills Bachelor, Master, or Doctorof Physical Therapy. LA licensure. Must complete all required CEUin order to maintain licensure in a timely manner.

B. Experience Newgraduates accepted.

C. Licenses, Registrations, or CertificationsCurrent BLS De-Escalation certification within 90 days ofemployment with annual recertification.
