Job Description:

Physical Therapist – Acute Care We are seeking a dedicatedPhysical Therapist to join our acute care team. In this role, youwill provide specialized therapy to patients recovering fromsurgeries, injuries, or illnesses in a hospital setting, helpingthem regain mobility and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assesspatients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatmentplans tailored to their needs. Implement therapeutic exercises,manual therapy techniques, and mobility training to aid recovery.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcareprofessionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educatepatients and families on techniques for improving mobility andpreventing future complications. Document patient progress andadjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Work Environment:
