Description:
Tulane University School of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is seeking a Physical Therapist to work at the Tulane Doctors Sports Medicine Plus clinic in New Orleans, LA. Using discretion and independent judgment, plans, organizes and conducts Physical Therapy. Serves in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the highest degree of quality care. Effective communication skills are needed for patient and departmental relationships. The individual in this position must have initiative, be innovative, possess a sense of responsibility, integrity, and sound judgment; follow standards of proper conduct, and abide by facility policies and standards of care. The Physical Therapist contributes to program development, quality improvement and program assessment. This position listing is for TWO (2) FTE’s.
