Orthopaedics Plus:
OP has amazing team members and a great work culture. The clients we get are great and the fact that we only schedule one patient every 30 min. The new bonus system has been amazing. My teammates make work a happy place. They also promote a patient-first culture. There is a lot of opportunity and openness to give feedback on processes. The organization has clear growth tracks, which help me see my possible future paths. My favorite part about OP has to be my coworkers. Everyone at OP supports and upholds our culture. I also have a great ability to talk to leadership, which you don’t see at a lot of other places. The camaraderie of my coworkers keeps me here. I love helping people who appreciate my work. That joy makes my job rewarding. These are what have kept me here for so many years. I love the friendliness and camaraderie we share in the clinic at OP. It’s fun, light, and we work together to help patients and each other. The people I work with keep me here. I enjoy seeing my own patients regularly. The doc time, realistic productivity expectations, and mentorship make this the best PT job I’ve ever had. I never miss a team meeting or 1:1, because they’re built into the schedule. That makes all the difference. We’re not hiring for a seat to fill. We’re hiring a teammate. One who wants to grow, challenge themselves, and treat patients the right way. You won’t just make a difference in your patients’ lives—you’ll feel the difference in yours. Apply today and join us at Orthopaedics Plus.
