Physical Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments and disabilities to help them achieve optimal physical function and wellness.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical limitations and develop a treatment plan Implement therapy techniques to help patients relieve pain, improve mobility, and regain strength Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on how to properly perform exercises and other therapeutic activities Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications and Skills:
