Physical Therapist Opening – $80-$85/hr Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

Schedule:

Day shifts; Make your own schedule; 30-40 hours/week (No weekends or holidays) +

Compensation:

$80-$85/hour (dependent on experience) + mileage reimbursement

Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver physical therapy services based on a physician’s plan of care. + Assess and evaluate patients’ functional status, mobility, strength, and rehabilitation potential. + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. + Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and equipment use. + Monitor and report patient progress and changes in condition. + Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and discharge planning. + Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides as required. + Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

+ Licensed Physical Therapist in the state. + Minimum of 2 years of PT experience preferred (Home Health experience not required). + Current CPR certification. + Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
