  • Minimum nine monthsexperience as a physical therapist
  • Preferred community/homehealth experience
Required Certifications and Licensures:
  • Master’s degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accreditedphysical therapist education program
  • Currently licensed topractice as a physical therapist within the state of agencyoperation and compliant with accepted professional standards andpractices
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification whileemployed in a clinical role
