- Friday VNA Care is seeking Per Visit PTs for Home Health visits.
Must have Home Health and Oasis E experience. Work any combination of days and hours, work full days, half days or just for a visit. Visits are scheduled between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and between 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun. Orientation is fully paid. First week of orientation attend 3 days of classroom training, the second to fifth week new employees work with a preceptor (in the field) on skills and with an educator (in office) to review Home Care Home Base EMR system, time management and Oasis documentation. You let us know your availability to work with a preceptor and educator. A 24-hour weekly schedule is recommended while training.
Requirements:
Good standing MA PT license
Home Health and Oasis E experience
