• Incentivized bonus plan Responsibilities Our Physical Therapistsexamine and treat patients with physical impairments through theuse of physical modalities.

The goal is to assist persons who arephysically challenged to improve mobility and function, independentself-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.

We have Specialty Programs that include Balance and FallPrevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program,and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program. He/she administersskilled care to clients requiring intermittent professionalservices and teaches the family and other members of the healthcare team. These services are performed in accordance with thephysician’s orders and the established plan of care, under thedirection and supervision of the Branch Director. Qualifications 1.Must possess a valid state driver’s license. 2. Must possessautomobile liability insurance. 3. Must wear seatbelts at all timeswhile driving. 4. Must have dependable transportation kept in goodworking condition. 5. Must be able to drive an automobile in alltypes of weather conditions. 6. Must be currently licensed in thestate of employment.
