- Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun VNA Care is seeking a Weekend Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to conduct home health visits for the Leominster Teams team. This position entails working on Friday, Saturday or Saturday, Sunday, with flexible 8
- 10• or 12-hour shifts and focusing on specific territories within the Leominster team geography.
Qualifications
- Active and valid MA PT license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Willingness to travel within designated geographic areas. Responsibilities
- Conduct home health visits on weekends.
- Collaborate with a preceptor during an orientation period.
- Learn and apply Oasis E documenting, Time Management, and EMR system
- Home Care Home Base.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care.
