The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged toimprove mobility and function, independent self-care, other skillsnecessary for functioning in daily living. We have SpecialtyPrograms that include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety,Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and our Total ShoulderReplacement Program. He/she administers skilled care to clientsrequiring intermittent professional services and teaches the familyand other members of the health care team. These services areperformed in accordance with the physician’s orders and theestablished plan of care, under the direction and supervision ofthe Branch Director. Qualifications Must possess a valid statedriver’s license. Must possess automobile liability insurance. Mustwear seatbelts at all times while driving. Must have dependabletransportation kept in good working condition. Must be able todrive an automobile in all types of weather conditions. Must becurrently licensed in the state of employment.
