We are currently seeking anexperienced:
PHYSICAL THERAPIST
(PT) Work with a multidisciplinaryteam to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and theirfamilies by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressivetreatment modalities to address a variety of diseases andimpairments. In-house therapy with local management support.
JobRequirements:
EDUCATION
Must be a graduate of an accreditedTherapy program.
CERTIFICATE / LICENSE
Must be licensed in thestate of the SNF you will be working.
EXPERIENCE
