Qualifications:

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy licensein the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.2.They must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or3. Theymust have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field inaddition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or4. They musthave a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years ofprogressively responsible PT experience.5. The qualifying PhysicalTherapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to bethe U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
