OverviewMissouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St.

Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgicalservices, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breasthealth, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound andpain management services. The hospital has a 24-hour adultemergency department and cares for pediatric patients at a separateemergency department in collaboration with St. Louis Children’sHospital. The clinic is located within the hospital,features 15 subspecialties of care, and has a focus on 1:1individualized care with our patients. Our current outpatient teamhas 22 licensed therapists, a great place for a therapist to growand develop. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides skilledphysical therapy services to patients including all aspects ofevaluation and treatment. Responsibilities

• Establishes treatmentplan and provides treatment, considering discharge needs; expecteddischarge functional status; and appropriate equipment andsupplies.
• Educates, collaborates with, and conferences withpatients, families, and other health care providers; makingrecommendations for referrals to specialists as needed.
• Delegatesto assistants, techs, and students through written and verbalcommunication including determining the skill level or competencyrequired to provide interventions to best meet the needs of thepatient.
• Completes documentation in accordance with departmentalpolicies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment, and/or consultationsfor Physical Therapy Services. Minimum Requirements Education
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Physical Therapy (PT) Experience
• NoExperience Supervisor Experience
• No Experience Licenses &Certifications
• Physical Therapist License Preferred RequirementsEducation
