The SpeechPathology Department at Christian Hospital is located on the secondfloor of CH . Services are provided to adults with deficits inspeech, language, voice, dysphagia and cognition. PreferredQualifications Role Purpose Provides skilled physical therapyservices to patients including all aspects of evaluation andtreatment. Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plan andprovides treatment, considering discharge needs; expected dischargefunctional status; and appropriate equipment and supplies.
• Educates, collaborates with, and conferences with patients,families, and other health care providers; making recommendationsfor referrals to specialists as needed.
• Delegates to assistants,techs, and students through written and verbal communicationincluding determining the skill level or competency required toprovide interventions to best meet the needs of the patient.
• Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment, and/or consultations forPhysical Therapy Services. Minimum Requirements Education
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Physical Therapy (PT) Experience
• NoExperience Supervisor Experience
• No Experience Licenses &Certifications
• Physical Therapist License Preferred RequirementsEducation
• Master’s Degree
