Physical Therapist Job Description Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed torestore and improve physical, social, and mental functions whilemeeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patientgroups. Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addressesassessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinicaltechniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plansfor patients. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatmentprotocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care anddischarge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriateparties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation withinestablished deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Collaborates with all disciplines to evaluate team goals. Establishes and administers a treatment program with realistic andachievable goals. Qualifications 1+ years of recent experience Graduate of an accredited school BLS certification Active state license Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interactingwith patients, families, physicians, and hospital staffmembers.
