Weare currently seeking an experienced:
PHYSICAL THERAPIST
(PT) PerDiem Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehabexperience for patients and their families by being responsive andindividualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportiverehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to addressa variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with localmanagement support.
Job Requirements:
EDUCATION
Must be a graduateof an accredited Therapy program.
CERTIFICATE / LICENSE
Must belicensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
EXPERIENCE
