Cornerstone Physical Therapy is seeking to fill a position forboth an orthopedic trained Physical Therapist and a Pelvic Healthtrained Physical Therapist. The clinic is a Physical Therapistowned, manually based clinic and is well known in the community forit’s high standard of care. New graduates and those who are aboutto gradute in 2025 are encouraged to apply. We have flexible startdates and can hire for a July start. Cornerstone Physical Therapyhas 10 PT’s and 2 OT’s with varied amounts of experience. Thisaides in the promotion of a more cohesive environment and toimprove the skills of all the therapists in the company. Ourcontinuing education benefit begins at the first day of employment,with 3 paid continuing education days to attend coursework. Ourmanagement team works with each therapist to help guide and improvetheir skillset. We have multiple subspecialties including pelvichealth, vestibular, lymphedema, post-oncological care, headachesand TMD. Therapists are given the opportunity to subspecialize andwork with other therapists of the same subspecialty to improve onand refine their skills. The clinic provides a competitive salaryand a bonus structure that is based upon profit of the company.
Sign on bonus is available with a guaranteed time commitment.
Benefits include medical insurance (after 60 days), 401K match of4% (after 6 months), PTO (beginning at 3 months of service), sickdays and continuing education time off. Each full time therapist isallocated up to $2500 per year to attend courses to grow and learnin the field (based upon benefits package selected). We offerflexible schedules and have easily attainable productivitystandards (about 42-45 visits per week for ortho therapists and34-36 visits per week for pelvic health). Patients are scheduledevery 45 minutes for ortho and 1 hour for pelvic. This position canbe for a general orthopedic physical therapist, a person that wouldlike to split and work with in our pelvic health department, orwork as a pelvic health therapist full time. We have two positionscurrently available.
