Essential Functions:

- Completesevaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessmentareas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniquesand tools and establishes individualized treatment plans forpatients. /n
- Provides therapy interventions using appropriatetreatment protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized careand discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated toappropriate parties. /n
- Completes comprehensive and accurateclinical documentation within established deadlines. /n
- Supervises assigned assistants. /n
- Performs other job-relatedduties as assigned.
