Physical Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care to individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries, helping them regain mobility, strength, and overall health. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor their progress throughout their rehabilitation process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and monitor therapeutic exercises and modalities to help improve patients’ mobility, strength, and function Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue improving their health outside of therapy sessions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications and Skills:
