Overview:

Experience treating neurologic and vestibulardisorders is required for this position.•The Physical Therapistevaluates patients? conditions, develops personalized treatmentplans, and implements therapeutic interventions to optimizefunctional abilities. This role works closely with patients,guiding them through exercises and techniques to improve mobility,strength, and flexibility. This role also educates patients oninjury prevention, provides pain management strategies, andmonitors progress throughout the treatment process. The PhysicalTherapist monitors and evaluates outcomes related to the assessmentand plan of care. This position requires guidance and mentoring forcompletion of the essential job functions.•

Responsibilities:

•-Supports evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, medicalhistory, and functional limitations to develop individualizedtreatment plans.

Administers therapeutic exercises and otherphysical therapy interventions to improve patients’ strength,flexibility, and range of motion.

Educates patients and theirfamilies on treatment plans, home exercises, and self-managementtechniques to improve recovery outcomes.

Collaborates with others indeveloping and implementing discharge plans and recommendations forcontinued care.

Monitors and documents patients’ progress, treatmentoutcomes, and responses to interventions so that treatment planscan be adjusted as needed.

Collaborates on teams from differentdepartments to ensure coordinated patient care and holistictreatment outcomes.

Performs other duties as assigned.
