This position is accountable toevaluate and treat all patients referred for Physical Therapyservices, to assist in their return to optimal functionalabilities, and to prevent additional disability. This includescommunication with physicians and other health care personnel toassist in providing quality patient care.

Considers team priorities for the day when managing ownschedule/caseload; Consistently offers or seeks help based on theneeds of the team and overall caseload/priorities; Works with teamto delegate appropriate patients/tasks to other team members tofree self for professional duties (i.e. delegate to PTA to performevaluations, gives tasks to front office staff to allow patientcare); Consistently utilizes non-patient care time by offeringassistance to team members; Frequently and consistently adjustsschedule throughout the day to meet department or patient needs(related to call-outs, influx of new orders, etc.); Consistentlyoffers to flex schedule to support the goals/needs of thedepartment (gives back flex days, picks up extra weekends, worksextra around holidays or during high census); Works with teammembers and leadership to ensure optimal utilization of resourcesincluding technical staff; Willingly changes rotations during theyear to accommodate team needs; For Supplemental position: workswith leadership to address department/system needs for overallcaseload/priorities; frequently and willingly adjusts schedulethroughout day and on day-to-day basis to address systemneeds•-

Qualifications:
EDUCATION

Bachelors, Physical Therapy, Required.

EXPERIENCE

•Newgraduates will be considered; experience in applicable venuepreferred.
