SUMMARY:
The Physical Therapist excels at assessingpatients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative buteffective treatment plans. Physical Therapists develop, synthesizeand use evidence based physical therapy practices to ensure thehighest quality of care and superior outcomes for patients. Dedicated to achieving the highest quality of care optimizingsuperior clinical outcomes. Interest/ experience in treating pelvic floor conditions. Prioritize patient care. Provide direct patient care, evaluate patient’s case history,functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions to determinethe patients’ potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goalsdefined by the patient’s capacity and tolerance and in accordancewith physician orders. Educate patient, document and record the patient’s conditionand provide continuing updates on patient condition.

Must have graduated from a CAPTE accredited program Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist Current BLS certification Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thorough understanding of injury treatment and prevention Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time Must be able to carry, pull, push, and lift equipment necessaryfor care
