In this full-time role, you’ll: Evaluate patients and develop plans of care with associatedgoals, including assessments, treatments, instructions, andquantifiable physical and functional targets. Be responsible for all delegated tasks to other licensees andsupport personnel. Ensure proper and adequate supervision of thePhysical Therapist Assistant and various support personnel. Participate in professional and facility enhancement programsand activities as required by the Director of ClinicalServices. Ensure proficient services through proper patient and equipmentscheduling. Comply with all local, state and federal regulations trainingand instruction requirements, as well as any other standards thatgovern healthcare services provisioning. Assist with and/or carry out routine cleaning and maintenancesupport in accordance with regulatory standards and environmentalhealth and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by theCommission for the Accreditation of Physical TherapyEducation. Licensed to practice physical therapy in New Hampshire. Ability to meet the physical demands and demonstrate the mentalcapabilities (practical and/or written, post-training competencytest) to perform the duties required. High energy, maturity, enthusiasm, leadership qualities, andthe ability to advocate for self and patients. Self-starter, able to work independently with strong timemanagement, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Team player mindset.

Physical Demands:

Consistent with published industry PDCnorms or minimally: Requires manual dexterity and general strength andendurance. Lifting routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from floor to waist,waist to shoulder, and shoulder to overhead. Carrying routinely loads of 5-10# for 40-50′. Pushing routinely loads of 5-150# on casters, runners, orpulleys. Sustaining a grip routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50#. Guarding a lift load routinely of 120-140#.
