About the jobAs aPhysical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the personwho can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assesspatient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physicaltherapy.
You’re a healer and a helper, which is why you got intothis line of work.
You’re equally adept at addressing the wholepatient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is thedesign of a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance theirphysical abilities.
You’re adaptable to the needs of the patient andcan find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.

Requirements:
SPECIFICEDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. They must have a validPhysical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof oflicense and eligibility.2. They must have a Master’s degree inPhysical Therapy; or3. They must have a Master’s degree in aPhysical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degreein Physical Therapy; or4. They must have a Bachelor’s degree inPhysical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PTexperience.
The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside ofthe U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree inPhysical Therapy.
Compensation:
$40-$43/hour
