Job Description
OT•outpatient needed asap for 13 weeks
CREDENTIALING REQ
ALL medical/occ health compliance items MUST be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client. Proofs MUST be uploaded to Trio.

OT MUST HAVE HAND SPECIALTY EXPERIENCE!

Dress Code:
Either personal scrubs of any color or business casual (Athleisure/stretchy clothing ok too, but no leggings, crop shirts, etc). No open toe/back shoesMinimum 2+ years current PT experience (No New Grads)
