Key Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to students with a range of physical disabilities or mobility challenges.
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into students’ academic programs.
Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
Educate staff and families on strategies to support students’ physical development and mobility.
Qualifications:
Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
