Position Overview:

We areseeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to assess and treatpatients with a wide range of physical conditions. In this role,you will create personalized treatment plans that focus onimproving mobility, strength, and overall function, while alsopromoting long-term health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatmentplans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and otherinterventions to address patients’ needs.
• Educate patients onself-care strategies, injury prevention, and wellness practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinatedcare.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatmentplans as necessary.
• Document patient treatments and progress inaccordance with clinic policies.

Qualifications:

• LicensedPhysical Therapist (PT) in New Jersey.
• Previous experience in anoutpatient setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire patients toachieve their rehabilitation goals.
