Physical Therapist provides a comprehensivephysical therapy evaluation based on MD’s orders Physical Therapistprovides comprehensive treatment plans including long andshort-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities PTensures MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments,re-certifications, and discharges PT Provides comprehensivetreatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patienttreatment as indicated while adhering to precautions PhysicalTherapist completes all required documentation
