Physical Therapist West New York NJ Urgently Hiring 3-day workweek Part time or Full time We are looking for a dedicated andskilled Physical Therapist to join our practice in West New York,NJ. Ideally the incoming Physical Therapist has exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills, is willing to work in acollaborative environment coordinating with other healthcareprofessionals and has strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities. We have an amazing work environment, specializing inhigh quality care, and we are looking for a likeminded PhysicalTherapist to join our team. A huge plus if the incoming PT isbilingual in Spanish and we are flexible in our need and canaccommodate a PT looking for either part time or full-time work.

Responsibilities:

Perform initial patient examination andcontinuing functional evaluations. Evaluate patients’ physicalcondition and needs, developing a tailored rehabilitation programbased on their unique challenges. Ensure excellent and compliantdepartment documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team,including doctors, acupuncturist, and other specialists, to ensurecomprehensive care. Participate in team meetings and collaborate onpatient case management. Effectively and continually educatepatients about the need for, and progress through, their care plansProvide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, manualtherapy, and therapeutic modalities. Educate patients on exercisesthey can do at home for faster recovery and long-term healthbenefits.

Requirements:

Degree in Physical Therapy from anaccredited institution Physical Therapy license in NJ Bilingual inSpanish is a plus

Schedule:

Part time or Full time

Monday,Wednesday, and Friday Salary:

$100k – $150k per year
