Job Description Onward Search Education is excited to partnerwith a school in Mercer County, New Jersey, to find a passionateand dedicated Physical Therapist at a year round school. Thisimpactful, part-time role begins ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services tostudents with various physical disabilities and impairments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaborationwith the student’s IEP team
• Assess students’ physical developmentand create strategies to improve their mobility, balance, andstrength
• Work with students to enhance their functionalindependence in the school setting
• Modify classroom equipment andseating arrangements to accommodate students’ physical needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensureholistic support for each student
• Monitor progress and makeadjustments to therapy plans as necessary
• Participate in IEPmeetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress reviews
• Document therapy sessions and report on student outcomes to schooladministrators

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist licensein New Jersey
• Experience working with children, particularly in aschool-based setting, is preferred
• Experience with IEPs andworking within an educational framework, is preferred
