5k Peak Performance Sports and Occupational Rehab (division of OIBortho/ONJ) is dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical ailments to improve their mobility and overall quality of life. This role requires a strong understanding of orthopedics, sports medicine, and post operative patients. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function. Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home exercises. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in discharge planning and patient care coordination. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in physical therapy, including advancements in orthopedics, sports medicine, and outpatient care. Experience A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required. Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of NJ. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Previous experience in discharge planning or working with diverse patient populations is a plus.
