What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patientswith mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
- Create and implement personalized care plans
- Collaborate withteam members to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain documentation tomeet all regulatory requirements
- Ensure all required physicianorders are obtained and up to date
Qualifications:
- Degree from anAPTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Currentlicense as Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Strongcommunication and organizational skills
