Physical Therapist Per Diem 2.4 2.4 out of 5 stars 254 Alexander Street, Rochester, NY 14607 We are seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide high quality physical therapy services to our residents.

Job Duties Include:

• Conduct patient evaluations to identify treatment goals and develop individualized plans to achieve them.
• Implement a range of physical therapy techniques.
• Utilize anatomy knowledge to understand the intricacies of the human body and develop effective treatment plans.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in physical therapy, ensuring that treatment approaches are evidence-based and patient-centered.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals and family members as needed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers to promote self-management and long-term recovery.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State
• A strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Experience working with patients with a range of diagnoses, including those related to orthopedics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to providing patient-centered care that promotes optimal health and wellness.

Pay:

$45.00 per hour
