How you’ll contribute A Physical Therapist (PT) whoexcels in this role: Put your physical therapy skills to work wherethey’re really needed -evaluate a patient’s condition, develop atreatment plan, and help them get better, day by day. You’ll alsoinstruct the nursing staff and the patient’s families onfollow-through programs that build on the progress they’ve madeCommunicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and otherteam members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges dailyto patient records Document patient care in accordance withregulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements Instructpatient’s family or nursing staff in follow-through programsMaintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean conditionHandle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Codeof Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement,appropriate professional standard and applicable state/federal lawsOther duties as assigned What we’re looking for Applicants shouldhave a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
