As a Physical Therapist, you’ll make a meaningful impact through both home care and inpatient services. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab professionals to help patients improve mobility and regain independence. What You’ll Be Doing Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Administer therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and use of assistive devices Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques and care plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation: evaluations, treatment progress, discharge summaries Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care Ensure patient safety and adhere to all infection control and hospital safety protocols Participate in department meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications & Requirements NYS PT License or eligibility at time of hire CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days Experience in hospital or home care setting strongly preferred Physical stamina and ability to assist patients during therapy Strong organizational and communication skills Why Corning, NY?
