This full-time position supports patients in Bellwood, MelrosePark, Westchester and surrounding areas and is eligible for a$10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment ofkey achievements during your first year as well as an additional$5,000 sign-on bonus.

• Bachelor’s degree orMaster’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited collegerequired
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in whichyou will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your daydriving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistentlymeet critical deadlines for charting
