Physical Therapist Yonkers NY Urgently Hiring 4-day workweek$90k•130k per year Great Benefits! We are looking for a motivatedand enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our group full time inYonkers NY. In this position, you will formulate individualizedtherapy programs for patients to help them recover, improve theirquality of life, reduce pain, and increase mobility. Our idealPhysical therapist is knowledgeable about the most recentadvancements in treatments and will have experience dealing with awide range of patient issues, someone with strong knowledge instrength and conditioning, pain neuroscience education, andevidence-based rehab. Ideally, we are seeking a physical therapistwho emphasizes active care and minimizes reliance on passivemodalities.

Duties:

Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories,exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reasonfor visit Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare teamregarding diagnosis as needed Develop and implement progressivephysical therapy treatment programs based on each patient’sparticular needs Assist patients with all phases of physicaltherapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction,modern modalities, and activities of daily living Patient educationon the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, home exercises,and promoting active recovery strategies Delegation to supportstaff as needed Documentation/progress notes•accurate and timelyrecords, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Recordpatient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after eachvisit Collaboration with the other PTs, PTAs, and healthcareprofessionals for comprehensive patient care Communicateeffectively with both the staff and patients Create an excellentexperience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude

Requirements:

Graduation from an Accredited Physical TherapyProgram Physical Therapy License in

NY Schedule:

Full time (Flexible schedule, typically a four-day work week with four 9-hourshifts )

Compensation:

$90k•130k per year (DOE•base salary plusproduction bonuses)
