POSITION DESCRIPTION

School Physical Therapist:
- 1 year of verifiable, professionalexperience as School Physical Therapist within the last 3 years(may include residency or clinical practicum)
- Valid SchoolPhysical Therapist credential/license or in process in state ofpractice
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in theUnited States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unableto sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at thistime.
