What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, andfunctional impairments
- Create and implement personalized careplans
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
- Ensureall required physician orders are obtained and up to date
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapyprogram (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Current license as Physical Therapist inthe state of practice
- Strong communication and organizationalskills
