Our beautiful 420 bed hospital in Lancaster CAis currently seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our teamin an inpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will play apivotal role in planning and implementing physical rehabilitativeprograms aimed at improving patient quality of life. This positionoffers the opportunity to work closely with patients in a dynamicoutpatient environment. You’ll achieve success by:

  • Performthorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions in anoutpatient setting, assessing their functional abilities,limitations, and goals.
  • Develop personalized treatment planstailored to individual patient needs and goals, incorporatingevidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques.
  • Implement treatment plans effectively, providing hands-on therapyand guidance to patients to facilitate functional improvement andpain management.
  • Educate patients on self-management techniques,home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to enhancetheir recovery and prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate andup-to-date patient records and progress reports to track treatmentoutcomes and ensure continuity of care.
  • Direct and supervisePhysical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides in delivering patientcare, providing guidance and support as needed.
