Job description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on exercises and technics to enhance recovery. The physical therapist is responsible for empowering patients to participate more fully in daily tasks when this ability is compromised by a health condition.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Performs therapy assessments to develop a treatment plan
• Implement exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment technics
• Monitor patient’s progress and documents all findings
• Communicates plans and changes to the physician and Patient Care Manager
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on home exercise program and safety
• Plans safe discharge of the patients

Qualifications and Skills:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Strong knowledge of rehabilitation technics and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
