Position Overview:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our educational team for the 2025-2026 school year! The successful candidate will support students with physical challenges, helping them access and participate in the educational environment. This role is essential in promoting student independence and mobility within school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Initial Evaluations and Re-Evaluations to Determine Students’ Physical Therapy Needs. Develop and Implement Individualized Therapy Plans Aligned with Students’ IEP (Individualized Education Program) Goals. Provide Direct Physical Therapy Services within Classroom and School Environments. Collaborate Closely with Teachers, Parents, and Related Service Providers to Support Overall Student Success. Attend IEP Meetings and Contribute to Multidisciplinary Team Discussions. Offer Consultation and Support to School Staff Regarding Student Physical Access and Mobility.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License. School-based experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to manage a caseload both independently and within a team setting. Why Join Soliant?
